A report has been received of armed men unloading
barrels from a train in the Plascem Rail Yard. From the Intel received some of the
men are dressed in hazard suits while the rest are in fatigues. They appear to be
well organized and heavily armed so proceed with caution. Also be aware that the
site handles toxic substances so be careful around any drums you see.
