SlowMoWeapons - Matrix style

This mod adds 2 weapons from the Matrix that fires
in slow motion and the bullets travel slowly to the
target but everything else is in full speed. Cool in DM but play with someone you know 
cause it's possible to cheat.

This should probably be a part of a bigger Matrix - inspired mod. I started making a 
Matrix-style death animation sequence. I got bored with the entire mod and quickly 
finished the mod as fast as I could.
