This mod turns both cs and flashbang grenades into cluster grenades, 
where upon detonation of each,  five more of that type will cluster.  This mod will shorten 
the fuse for the cs grenades, and will add a blue glow to the flashbangs and will extend 
the distance that the flashbang flash will travel.
