USP silenced pistol

All weapons that have 45HP ammo, have buckshot-which is only 1 primary weapon and 
another pistol and have have extreme power.

I made this mod so you could use the USP silenced pistol for extreme buckshot and less 
than lethal ammo as the secondary ammo.  I also added a tracer to the silenced pistol. I 
also made the graphics of the gun better.
